Although I am an advocate of fully living and savouring of each day, sometimes I am overwhelmed with a feeling of temporariness. Especially when I'm renting a room and looking for a permanent place to stay. When thing are like that, even eating seems to be 'temporary'. I haven't got all my usual utensils and gadgets with me, and also the communal use of kitchen space and devices brings some sense of limitations. That brings upon me a mood for temporary meals - nevertheless I try to invent at least not too unhealthy ones. I will share two of them today.
So very traditional breakfast of bran flakes, oat "milk" and clementines. This suits the mornings when your creativeness is down or still asleep.
A bit more 'sophisticated' lunch. Canned chick peas, organic broth (free from MSG) and seeds&nuts. I've discovered that a cup of broth with nuts is sooooo delicious and filling.
